 The hardware manuals for the RZ/G series processors (RZ/G1H, RZ/G1M, RZ/G1N, RZ/G1E, and RZ/G1C) can also be used as the hardware manuals for the Linux-dedicated RZ/G series processors (RZ/G-PF series).
 As such, the RG/Z series hardware manuals below can be read in place of the hardware manuals for the Linux Platform RZ/G series processors (RZ/G-PF series).

RZ/G1H-PF
 This processor is equipped with quad-core Cortex®-A15 (1.4-GHz) and Cortex®-A7 (780-MHz) CPUs, a DDR interface with two 32-bit DDR3 channels, a 3D graphics engine (PowerVR G6400), and two dedicated hardware channels that support encoding and decoding of full high-definition video. This high-spec processor is also equipped with high-speed USB 3.0, PCI Express, and SATA interfaces, as well as other comprehensive peripheral functions.
RZ/G1M-PF
 This high-spec embedded processor is equipped with 1.5-GHz dual-core ARM® Cortex®-A15 CPUs, a dual-core 3D graphics engine (SGX544MP2), two 32-bit DDR3 memory channels, and hardware to support full high-definition video encoding and decoding. With built-in USB 3.0, PCI Express, and SATA high-speed interfaces, it is ideal for human-machine interface (HMI) applications.
RZ/G1N-PF
 This high-spec embedded processor is equipped with 1.5-GHz dual-core ARM® Cortex®-A15 CPUs, a dual-core 3D graphics engine (SGX544MP2), and hardware to support full high-definition video encoding and decoding, making it ideal for human-machine interface (HMI) applications. It is fully scalable with the RZ/G1M MPU.
RZ/G1E-PF
 This embedded processor is equipped with 1.0-GHz dual-core ARM® Cortex®-A7 CPUs and a 3D graphics engine (SGX540) and supports full high-definition video encoding and decoding, making it ideal for human-machine interface (HMI) applications.
RZ/G1C-PF
 This embedded processor is equipped with 1.0-GHz dual-core ARM® Cortex®-A7 CPUs and a 3D graphics engine (SGX531) and supports full high-definition video encoding and decoding, making it ideal for human-machine interface (HMI) applications.
